- 1x135g Hartley’s lemon jelly cubes
- 500ml lemon yogurt
- Mandarin orange zest and segments to decorate
- Prepare the lemon jelly and the orange jelly as directed in the pack.
- Take a glass and add the lemon jelly first. Keep the glass in the freezer and let the lemon jelly set.
- Once set, pour the orange jelly on top of the lemon jelly and keep it in the freezer again to set.

- 1x135g pack Hartely’s pineapple jelly cubes
- 1x135g Hartley’s orange jelly cubes
- 12g gelatin powder
- 170ml condensed milk
- 298g tinned mandarins drained
- Take a cake tin tray and line it with cling film.
- Take the orange jelly cubes in a jug and add 285ml hot water. Mix until the jelly is completely dissolved.
- Slowly pour the jelly into the cake tin, and when it cools down, leave it into the freezer for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, take 11ml hot water into a small bowl, add the gelatin powder, and stir until the gelatin is dissolved well.
- Now add the condensed milk to the gelatin.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture over the orange jelly. Put the tin tray into the freezer and let it set.
- Now take the pineapple jelly and dissolve it into hot water using the same method as we did with the orange jelly.
- Once the condensed milk is set, pour the pineapple jelly mix over it. Again let it set in the freezer; it may take up to 3 to 4 hours.
