  • 100 Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
  • 50ml vodka 
  • 2 to 4 tbsp caramel sauce 
  • 100ml ice cream 
  • Some ice cubes 
  • Milk or dark chocolate flakes, sea salt flakes, gold leaf, and edible glitter 

Method

Step one 

Take two coupe glasses and drizzle caramel sauce on the edges. Using a small dry paintbrush, stick the gold leaves on the caramel sauce. 

Step two 

Mix Baileys Salted Caramel and the rest of the caramel sauce into a cocktail mixer and shake well. Now add the vodka, ice cream, and ice and give it a nice shake again. Strain the drink in the coupe glasses and top with chocolate flakes and edible glitter.

  • 200ml Baileys Original 
  • 150g chopped dark chocolate 
  • Two eggs 
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter 
  • 250ml double cream

Method 

Step one 

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool for some time, and beat in the egg yolks and unsalted butter. 

Step two 

Whip double cream and Baileys in a separate bowl and fold half of this into the chocolate mix. Whip egg whites until they get stiff; add this tool into the chocolate sauce. Add chocolate pieces until it melts. 

Step three 

Take four glasses. Add half a spoon of chocolate sauce into the glass, layer with chocolate shavings, followed by half a spoon of cream. Top it off with some chocolate shavings again. Repeat it with the rest of the glasses and store it in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
